My main goal is to provide a safe atmosphere in band to be yourself. I want to prioritize and model kindness, grit, and determination in the program. For my final year in band I want to leave a positive impact in every single member and inspire my peers to be their best selves even in the toughest times. I will work hard towards making genuine connections with every member to build trust and to prioritize the family aspect in our program.

As a Band Officer, it is very important to be a support system to anyone who needs support. This includes creating welcoming environments, problem solving. taking on other's needs, and many more aspects. A goal of mine is to build trust and respect throughout the band program so that I can best lead my peers throughout the joyful and difficult times which we come across during the year. This trust and respect is key to be supportive as a Band Officer.

I really want to be able to create personal connections with as many people as I can and hopefully inspire. people to step up into leadership roles! I also want to help facilitate effectivity and efficiency. in all aspects of what we do as a program. and make sure everyone feels at home and safe in the band environment!

I hope to be able to make a positive impact for as many people as I can. just as the officers my freshman year did to me. they really encouraged me to work to be a better person, which is who i am today!
